About the opportunity

This is a Veyroni Search Partners recruitment opportunity for customer success and account management professionals.

The Customer Success Manager makes sure clients get the value they bought, spotting risk early and turning healthy accounts into renewals and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client relationships post-onboarding
• Run structured check-ins and business reviews
• Monitor adoption, usage, and account health indicators
• Identify and act on churn risk early
• Coordinate support, product, and commercial teams on client needs
• Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals

Qualifications and experience

• Degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience managing client relationships in a retention-focused role
• Comfort with account data and health reporting

What success looks like

• Retention within the portfolio meets or exceeds target
• At-risk accounts are identified before renewal
• Clients can articulate the value they receive
• Expansion opportunities are surfaced consistently
