About the opportunity
This is a Veyroni Search Partners recruitment opportunity for experienced HR managers and generalists.
The HR Manager owns the employee lifecycle end to end and acts as the trusted adviser to managers on people decisions, policy, and employment risk.
Key responsibilities
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and conduct matters
- Own recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
- Maintain employment policies aligned to current legislation
- Manage performance review and development cycles
- Oversee HR records, contracts, and data compliance
- Support compensation review and benefits administration
- Report on headcount, turnover, and people metrics
Qualifications and experience
- Degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field
- HR professional certification advantageous
- Generalist HR experience including employee relations casework
- Working knowledge of applicable employment legislation
